We are a local group dedicated to promoting and supporting breastfeeding in Northwestern Wisconsin.

We do this through community outreach efforts and by educating others that breastfeeding improves the health of infants, mothers and families.

We strive to:
Promote breastfeeding as the norm through the infant's first year or longer.
Educate the community regarding the advantages of breastfeeding and that breastfeeding is an important choice for preventive health care.
Provide encouragement and support for breastfeeding mothers and families.
Promote community awareness of the ecological and economical benefits of breastfeeding.
Promote breastfeeding in public and in the workplace.
Advocate for legislative policies that protect breastfeeding.
Offer support, education and networking opportunities to health care providers and other interested individuals who advocate for breastfeeding.
